FAQ

We accept e-transfers, company cheques, personal cheques, money orders, cashier's checks, wire transfers (for an additional fee), EFT (for corporations). Cheques and money orders must clear before shipment of product.
a) Contact us via phone at 403 239-8262 or email at orders@i-survive.ca to provide us with your request. The basic information we will need are the kit contents, the quantity you are interested in, the ship-to address.
b) We will provide you with a quote, usually within 48 hours or less. If we have any detailed questions, we will contact you. Changes can be made to the quote after you receive it until you are satisfied with it.
c) Once you decide to order, we will require a 50% deposit for custom kits with specialty items, full payment is due before order is shipped. If you are submitting a purchase order (approved customers only), payment is due upon receipt of invoice, product will be shipped upon receipt of payment.
d) All International orders must be paid for in advance.
Yes, it is often easier to find a kit that almost meets your needs and then add or take away specific items.
Yes, a custom label sticker or hang tag can be created with or without a custom logo which can include company name, contact information, and any additional items you need.
Yes, if you know what you want to put in your kit, please send us the list by email to orders@i-survive.ca. Please include as much detail as possible on the items so we can provide what you need.
Lead times depend on the items in the kit as well as the quantity that is ordered. We can provide an estimated ship date at the time of quote.
